Endless Love {ha!}

I met April over three years ago, and having her as a friend is like having a cyclone in my life.  She constantly whirls around, but when she stops for a breath, one can see her big, big heart.  So this one is for you, April.  I hope you and Dene sing Endless Love to each other forever.

PS, I made this cake for April and Dene's vow renewal.  It is a simplified version of the wedding cake they had ten years ago.

Ava's Cookies

Vanilla bean sugar cookies that I sent to Cairns for Ava's first birthday party.  They formed part of a dessert table with a pink, dark pink and white theme.  The flowers I made for the cookies were to match the pastel-iced cupcakes.

My memories of Robin Hood, master of the bow, champion of the poor, are very Disney-fied.

Chocolate mudcake is a spin-off from an enchanted woodlands cake that I made last year.  The design was based on Zack's Robin Hood party invitation.
